WORKUPS ON THE RADAR

After some windy period, the snapper in the northern Coromandel and surroundings are hungry and aggressive! We have plenty of fish hooked on, both beautiful eating pannies as well as the monsters. The 20pounders are amazing to play and look at, but often best released! Jack macks have been the preferred bait for the big reds!

The kingfish up around the bottom of Barrier and Channel Island are now in big numbers but seem to be slow around the island out from Amodeo Bay and Angers Lodge. Typical spring mode!
